Ihave a 15 year old 40″ Sony Bravia LCD TV (paid $4,300 at a Circuit City store). It had the best resolution I've ever seen. When I turn it on the picture is fine for a few minutes- and then it's totally wavy, impossible to view. I used the TV constantly for 10 years until the picture went bad.
